HEATHROW AIRPORT: More flights delayed due to global computer system failure

Thousands of travelers are still stranded at London’s Heathrow Airport due to a global computer system failure causing chaos with about 40 flights cancelled thus far. However, British Airways has resumed some flights from Britain’s two biggest airports after the system failure, with the airline battling to contain the “knock-on disruption” to schedules, with aircraft and crews out of position around the world.
